Welcome to my website!
I am delighted that you found me. It is important that you find the therapist that fits your specific
needs. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders with a passion for working with binge eating. If you are seeking
therapy for binge eating and emotional eating, then I would be an excellent fit. I view the therapeutic journey as one of
collaboration and discovery. I use evidence-based treatment for eating disorders to include Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT),
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal therapy. I have also found that EMDR has been a powerful approach with
my clients that are stuck in their eating disorder. I tend to work with clients who have been struggling with disordered eating
for a significant time. I provide groups as well as individual support and work with both males and females ages 17 and older.
I believe that beauty comes from the inside out. In our first session together, we will create an individualized plan to guide
our work. Be prepared to share with me the story of you. Two traits that you will hear me stress in our work together is to
have patience and to practice self-compassion, both of which I will teach you. I am very much looking forward to being part

On-going Binge Eating
support group, Fridays 12:00-1:15. Members will explore how their relationship with food began, what triggers a
binge, self-soothing skills, and making peace with food.
Trauma Recovery Group:
This group is appropriate for adult women interested in addressing wounds and resulting adaptive behaviors stemming from early
adverse experiences including physical, sexual and emotional abuse, and childhood neglect. This open processing group will
draw on trauma-informed approaches related to EMDR, Post Induction Therapy, DBT, and psychoeducation. Two groups currently
