Eating and Binge Eating Group:
(an extension of the 12-week it's not about the Chocolate Cake cognitive behavioral group). Learn strategies to overcome overeating,
learn and apply the skills of mindfulness to your food relationship, create and foster body acceptance, build self-esteem,
all in a supportive environment. Tuesday evenings 8:00-9:15 p.m. Geared towards those struggling with emotional
eating and binge eating. Cost $200 per month (or pay $55 per week).

Summer
Session: 6 Week Summer Session: Eating Disorder Group: The Path to Recovery: appropriate for ages 17-26. This group
is appropriate to that home from summer break or is in the workforce. The focus in the group will be on creating coping skills,
creating a recovery support system at school, and exploring obstacles in recovery. This group will start on July 6, and will
be held from 7-8 pm. It will run through Tuesday, August 10th. Cost $300 or pay $55 per week.
